Generating an AI evaluation for auto QA in Voxjar is easy.

Just upload a call recording and choose your scorecard. You will need to create a scorecard - either from a template or from scratch.

Your first evaluation can be started by clicking the "Start an Evaluation" button on the left sidebar.

You'll be asked to attach a call recording and enter basic information like the timestamp of the call.

Once the call has been uploaded you will be taken to the interaction page where you can generate an AI evaluation by clicking "Generate AI Evaluation" and selecting your scorecard.

Once you queue your AI evaluation, you'll have results in just a few minutes.
