Getting Started
Creating Your Account
To get started with Voxjar, you'll need to create an account:
Visit the Voxjar website and click on the sign-up option.
Voxjar uses Google and Microsoft sign-in options to create accounts. This approach helps prevent spam and duplicate accounts.
Choose either your Google or Microsoft account to sign in.
If an account doesn't exist for your email, Voxjar will automatically create one.
If an account already exists, you'll be signed into your existing account.
Note: Early accounts may still have the option to log in with email and password. Team member invitations also currently use email and password login, but this may change in the future.
Navigating the Platform
Once you're logged in, you'll have access to several key areas of the Voxjar platform:
Dashboard: This is your main overview page. It displays summaries of your scorecards, including the number of evaluations, average scores, and pass rates. You can also view trend lines for daily evaluations, average scores, and pass rates.
Interactions: This section serves as a repository for all your calls. Each uploaded call is typically evaluated, either by AI or a human reviewer. You can view, filter, and manage your interactions here.
Lists: Create and manage collections of interactions. Lists can be used for organization, sharing, or coaching purposes. You can manually add interactions to lists or use automated actions to populate them.
Queues: Set up data collection and evaluation queues. There are two types: Ad hoc Queues for immediate processing and Auto Queues for scheduled data collection and evaluation.
Scorecards: Build and manage your evaluation criteria here. The scorecard builder allows you to create custom questions and scoring systems for both AI and human evaluations.
Settings: Manage your account settings, including team members, notifications, integrations, and billing information.
