Step 3: Metadata and Filtering

Voxjar collects the following metadata from TrackDrive to enable powerful filtering and analysis:

Call Details:

  • Call ID: Unique identifier for each call.

  • Customer Number: The phone number of the caller.

  • Recording URL: Link to the call recording.

  • Duration: Length of the call (answered portion).

  • Direction: Always "INBOUND" from TrackDrive.

  • Timestamp: Call start time.

Categorical Data:

  • Buyer: Information about the buyer assigned to the call.

  • Offer: Details of the offer associated with the call.

  • Number (Tracking Number): Information about the TrackDrive tracking number used.

  • Traffic Source: Source of the call (e.g., advertising campaign).

  • Disposition: Final outcome or classification of the call.

Boolean Filters:

  • Buyer Converted: Indicates whether the buyer marked the lead as converted.

  • Traffic Source Converted: Indicates whether the traffic source marked the lead as converted.

Note:
Voxjar automatically handles the filtering and retrieval of relevant calls based on your chosen criteria within your Voxjar queues. This integration process ensures that you have the data needed to automatically evaluate your calls with AI.
